  • Non-members will be asked if they wish to join ARIA while registering, or if they wish to register as a non-member. 
  • ARIA leadership has worked very hard to maintain registration fees as low as possible so that many will be able to attend. 
  • Early Bird rates are valid through 11:59 pm Eastern Time USA on June 30, 2022. After that Regular fees apply. 
  • Presenters accepted from the Call-For-Papers process must register by June 1, 2022. 
  • ** Note: Guest registrations are for breakfasts, receptions and luncheons only, not to attend conference sessions. 

Terms & Conditions: The Fine Print
  1. Please stay at the site hotel: When ARIA contracts with a conference hotel, the hotel sets goals for a specific number of sleeping rooms to be occupied by attendees in return for complimentary meeting space. Staying at the site hotel is appreciated so that any costly penalty can be prevented.
  2. Payment is due at the time of registration and registration by credit card is strongly encouraged. If pay later is selected, payment by check is due within 30 days of registration. The registration system will email you an invoice.
  3. Cancellations/Refunds: To receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee, all cancellations must be requested in writing (email is fine) and received by the ARIA Executive Office by 5:00 pm EDT on Friday, June 30, 2022. No refund requests will be honored after that date. However, substitutions are welcome without penalty; a written request is required. Special circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting the ARIA Executive Office.
  4. Event App: This is the Event App for the agenda and all conference details. Participants will be in this app suitable for phone, tablet, or computer. More details and access will be shared closer to the event.
  5. Invoices/Receipts: These are automatically sent by the ARIA association management system to your email address (not the address of the university staff member whom you may have register you). Remember, you can always login to the website, go to your profile, and find all your receipts/invoices with the ability to download them.
