Registration Terms & Conditions:

  • Early Bird Rates:
    • Discounted rates available until 11:59 pm EDT on Thursday, July 3, 2025
    • After that date, regular fees apply
  • Accepted Proposal Presenters:
    • All presenters must register by July 1, 2025
  • Registration Payment:
    • Due at the time of registration
    • Payment via credit card is strongly encouraged
    • If the “pay later” option is selected, payment by check is due within 30 days of registration
  • Cancellations & Refunds:
    • To receive a full refund – minus a $75 administrative fee – all cancellations must be requested via email and received by the ARIA Executive Office by 5:00 pm EDT on Thursday, July 10, 2025
    • No refund requests will be honored after July 10, 2025
    • Substitutions are welcome without penalty; a written request via email is required
    • Special circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting ARIA’s Office
  • Invoices & Receipts:
    • These are automatically sent by the system when registering
